We have a 21 day from the delivery date, no questions asked return policy.
Returns will only be processed accordingly when they arrive within the 21 day return period.

Returns postmarked beyond 21 days will be ineligible for a refund , instead they will automatically be processed for an online credit. Please note that we do not offer free returns or shipping labels for any orders.

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you require a different size, item, etc. please place a new order for the item and return your current full priced item for a refund. Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition that you received it in with the original tags.

Please Note: All returns will have to be sent to our International Warehouse.


Once your return is received and inspected we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and on the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Defect Items:

Defective or wrong items must be claimed, with images of the defects, within 7 days of receipt and must be in its original condition, unworn and unwashed.

The customer is responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning any item(s) using a trackable shipping method. All shipping costs (original and return) are non-refundable.
